i got a set of genuine rondells in my garage with tidy rubber and a guy has offered me 500quid for them. they are missing the centre caps though. anyone reckon i should snap his hand off or are they worth more??

 

Id say snap his wrist off ! How can you tell if there genuine as iv got a set?

 

possibly worth a bit more dependant on condition.

Genuine have 'Rondell' embossed between 2 spokes, the later ones were made by Engels, and so have 'Engels' embossed in the same place.

 

yeah they got the rondell stamp on them so proper ones. just havent got the centre's for them thats all. surely they still available.

 

i sold 5 genuine mint rondells in et18 with center caps for £1500 with no tyres so at 500 i'd say ask for a couple of hundred more.I personally think they look better with out centers anyway

 

u can not get the caps anymore i tryed for about a mounth looking for one after some twat at national tyres thought it was a nut and tryed undoing it with some slideing grips and dented the fuck out of it in the end i found one on ebay and had to refurb one myself
