sounds like a bearing mate.
Jack it up and feel for play in the wheels and steering.

I hve similar problem - sometimes (very rarly) there is heavy vibration when going through very fast left hand corners but only if I'm not going very close to the limit. Very specific condition. No idea why it happens, And I can't find it out for some months now.

Default same prob, vibrations while cornering 4x4 Saph

I've got the same problem with my Saph 4x4 in right hand corners. Only while or just before sliding the front wheels with the steering wheel turned more then 90°.

This only started happening after i 'renewed' my left-front driveshaft because both boots were leaky. It always drove fine & without noises or vibrations.

The one i put in came out of an Xr4x4, and was fine whilst in the Xr4x4. Only difference is that it is 15 millimeters longer than the Cossie one. But it seems to have enough tolerance, the inner spring is not fully compressed when the driveshaft is straight (car on ground).

Wheelbearings seem o.k. & exhaust is not touching the propshaft(s).

Any suggestions what might cause this vibration/noise??
