Will work with the 130 spec 1.8 zetec - gotta be non pats

The only one i remember is DEEP and i can't find any. Can i use a 2.0 mondeo one ?

all mondeos dont have PATS, if using a mondeo ECU it has to be a very early one DEEP is the correct one, thats what i had in my 2.0 fiesta si.

if my memory's right you may have to swop some pins round on the ecu plug when switching to a 2.0 ecu too. bot not certain whether thats on every escort/fiesta loom.

You can use either a deep/desk/dewy ecu from a mondeo with a fiesta Si loom but remember these are designed for a 2l, the best ecu for a 1.8 is the cult from a rs1800, this can be used on the Si loom, these are external pats and internal edis.

Other option is an early rs1800 or 130 spec xr3i which use ecu code 2fbc, this has no pats and external edis so you would need the correct loom for this ecu and also the edis4 box which plugs into the loom.

i've got all the wiring from the 130 spec the engine came from, it just didn't have an ecu with it.

What car did it come out of and what year? So you know if its internal or external edis loom?
