I just use Hammerite, have also used Halfords brake caliper paint before with no probs

2k paint is the most hard wearing and the best finish.

^^^^^^ beat me to it i used 2k paint on my block sump and gearbox and its hard wearing as fook

any paint suppliers should be able to supply it i get it from the local motor factors they order it and its usually there the same day
