Just trim 1/2" off the casing, only needs doing to one mount to fit into a 4x4 beam.
get a much stronger diff and shafts then as well...

The 4x4 ratio is 3.62:1, the 2wd ratio is 3.64:1. It will run no bother, I am running the same set up in my Escos, if you want to ask someone else talk to Marco off here, as he knows all about this, but it will be fine! Plus then you can fit 108mm rear 2wd shafts instead of the 100mm 4x4 ones, the stubs are the same size so all slots in, just get meatier cv's and shafts, win win situation

Get the cash out Kev , its easy to fit one into a 7" beam thats what i did and have pics in photobucket so you can see what needs trimmed.

how harsh is it to drive with. ie people say that the gripper diffs make it feel like the driveshafts are about to snap. Is this simular or would it drive like me std diff and be quiet smooth.... cheeRS dave
