Default Any Structural Engineers on here?

I need some calcs for the steel I've installed in my kitchen and also for one I am going to install above an opening in a wall.

I am of course 'happy' to pay as is necessary - but I need it for building regs approval.

Ta muchly.

No idea chaps....

Installed a steel in my house, need building regs to get myself 12mths Council Tax exemption while I finish the house or I wouldn't be bothering... they've told me if I was installing these things day in day out my experience would be acceptable to advise if it was up to the job, but as I dont I need calcs with my application.

Which is fine I have no probs with any of that, but would rather:
A not get ripped off
B pass the money to someone I vaguely know

So....

Anyone?
