I have a 200 block here which had melted a piston, i have had it bored to 0.5 but it is still showing a mark on the bore, i was going to have a liner fitted and keep it but its getting in the way now. Comes with long studs, all stud holes are mint with no cracks.....£300 ovno.

Not to hand m8, i can get some at the weekend, to be honest i'm not even sure the camera will pick it up but will give it a go.

would a 1mm bore sort the bore problem?

I would imagine you would get some blow by the piston.
