Default Lugs on cossie heads

How come only some of the cossie heads have these 2 lugs on them (circled)

They are there for a turbo damper to be fitted I believe.

Yeah they are only on a 2wd cylinder head mate, they are for the turbo damper needed on a 2wd to support the weight of the larger turbo exhaust manifold! they changed them for the 4x4 so the dampers were no longer fitted! it is the easiest and quickest way to recognise the type of head fitted to an engine!
