Manifold nuts

Anyone know where to get decent manifold nuts?

Exhaust to head
Inlet to head
Turbo to manifold

All still available from Ford mate but not cheap, exhaust nuts £3.17 each, studs about £6 each just purchased some for my 500 im restoring. Will be approx. £150 for all - grim.

I had to get new ones last year and i searched around and managed to get exhaust manifold studs, nuts and washers all for around £10. They just seem to up the price because its cosworth. I will try and find the reciept and let you know where i got them.
