Default My Rs2000 Van Conversion. 160.5BHP/150Ft Torque!!!!! *New wheels*

As above.
Me and my dad started the conversion this weekend. The plan is to convert his old Mk6 rs2000 to in a van.
Here is few pics.
Donor car.

The Van, as we brought it. Mk5 Rs2000 bonnet, bumper and side skirts fitted.

With the new wheels fitted.

After lowering.

How it stands now. The old engine is all ready to come out next weekend when I bring, hoist from work.

all the best with it mate i did the same as you for a mate with a zetec 1.6 into a van we had the doner car as well . the best way is undo the subframe and lift the car over the motor . and we cut the loom behind the drivers seat and the last thing the tank i just cut the top of the tanks around the sender and rewelded it on top of the van tank to get the pump inside it . it was good fun when we did it

Thanks again for comments.
Gup. When dad brought the Rs2000 i changed the discs and pad. and notice it had brackets on the Calipers. I sent Discs to our suppliers, and im pretty sure they said they matched up to Granda Cosworth discs.

Coleyst200. Was also told you can get a fuel tank from a petrol escort van and the sender goes straight in? Need to have a phone about tomorro.

Johny s2. Yea mk5 front. Just needs a bit of a paint up.

Speedy-tom. Cheers mate.

Glenny-boy. Not yet. will strip rs2000 following weekend.

Cheers mate. Na beam is just on top. But i cut the bracket off and turned it round, to make it more stable.
Will reweld once I get it to the workshop.
