get yourself a different courier....Most places in ireland dont have a postcode (that's what you get for living in the sticks)...Usually a mobile phone number on the package is the most they need along with the address.

I've used Paisley freight to have a set off compos collected and brought over from the UK to Ireland

As above, No Post codes yet, they're on the way though. Have sent stuff to UK before and have had parts etc delivered to me from UK and never a prob without a post code, Just put n/a in the post code box.

Its a feckin nightmare.

I once sent a parcel to a guy Euro 48 as he was desperate for the part. 10 days later he rings me up asking where his package is, a day later it turns up back with me.

When I double checked his address with him, which was three lines, no house number, no street name, just a house name and a village name.

I said how the hell do you get any mail and his response was 'Ah well de post lady knows everybody in de village'

I sent something else to a guy and a bloke in the next village with the same name ended up with it, the only common thing on the parcel was his name, apparently it happens all the the time according to them, they are forever getting each others post.

My advice would be use parcel force, or see if they have any contacts in Northern Ireland and send it to them, at least they have post codes

Yeah, i've found most brits run a mile when you ask about getting something sent to Ireland

Just put 00000 down for the postcode and make sure there is a mobile number on the box and it will be sound

Only in Ireland, god luv 'em
