Cheers guys,
Al, there's a good number of RS's over here, right from the first Mk1 escorts up to the Focus RS, these seems to be everywhere here
see them every day, ok lots being the same car but I reckon we have around 10 or 12 Focus RS's here, no owners unfortunately appear that interested in the marque in general though which is a shame. Folk seem to keep themselves to themselves, i've a few mates with sapphires though who come for a thrash over the TT course!! There are some mint escort cos's locked away too, a 11k mile 3dr, a 10k mile Escos, a 13k mile Mk1 Lotus Twincam Escort. Some real treasures here
If all the other RS owners here were as mad keen as me we could have one hell of a Regional Group Stand at National day I'm sure!! That'll never happen though worse luck!
Hey Billy, nah not got the Escort Cos yet and no i cant bear to part with this one LOL, want em both and that ain't gonna happen till I've built a house with a HUGE double garage
one day eh.......one day.

Manxlad, thanks for the reply.Never been to the island but will one day, as i love the TT races
(Total nutters all of them!)I'm surprised at the number of RS's you've got, some good quality as well.Another question, how much is a gallon of fuel on the island?? Regards Al.

Thanks guys,
Cozzie4d, well my house is on the market now, I'll be moving back to the mainland and buying a plot to build on so not enough time to be stripping the car down for concourse, but I'd love to have a go
Al, yea the TT is brilliant, this year is a big one, it's the races Centenery so try to make it this year! Bet you seen it on Men & Motors
As for fuel....yes it's dearer than the mainland, garage over the road from me has unleaded @ 88.9p/Lt
Nick, thanks mate and yes you'll have seen the Sapph at ND, it's the only show I go over for due to the cost of getting off this rock....another reason for leaving soon!! As for the plate I'm gonna keep the car registered as Manx by using a friends address and see how long i can get away with it, car will be locked up most of time see. That reg cost me £60!!! I got very lucky that the Manx Government had it in its little book of cherished plates
otherwise it would have cost me a little more!

I think we should all move over there and take over the place and if you ain't got an RS your not coming in
. How cool would that be, an Island full of RS's
.
We could all have double garages as well
