I was bored in work today so i thought id start a mini resto thread about my rs turbo and show you were iam upto with it. Iam hoping it will be ready for the begin of next year
this is what it looked like when i first got it

I used it everyday until the tax was up and then it just sat in the garage gathering dust until i could motivate myself to do anything with. Id always wanted a rs turbo with a cage so my next step was to order myself a omp cage. While a was waiting for my cage to arrive a got myself some new wheels, seat, harrness, and steering wheel, With all this fitted it looked somthing like this. I also had my door cards and dash flocked at this point to.

I decided to take the cage out and get it powdercoated orange and fit my polycarbonated windows

A few weeks ago i decided id have ago at tidying the underside up never done anything like this before so if you can give me any tips of were you think ive gone wrong please tell me
stripped the suspension off, and sent it to the powdercoaters, cleaned the underside

Few coats of stonechip later

Thats as far as ive got, i know its not up to the standard of some cars on here, but what do you reckon so far
