Yeah, I'd personally browse www.ebuyer.com and see if they sell it, and check the compatibility issues, i bought 2 x 256 meg cards off ebay to my foolishness and neither worked, fair play to the seller, he exchanged them for one's that do work. Was dearer too

 

i've got a 512meg one in my 6230.I was told that was the most u could get...obviously not lol
