when I bought mine from ford it was only about 8 quid.
I do have a spare new one but as my escort will be in my ownership probably forever than I really can't let it go as ford will run out soon due to those traders buying loads up then calling them "very rare" on ebay.

Cossie bits seem to be increasing in price even at Fords themselves I bought a n/s indicator unit for my car the other day for the grand total of £24 the last time I bought one it was about £11, abs sensors, cooling fans are a couple of things that have hoiked up in price from ford too

My advice to you grab a few of theses things from ford whilst you still can

last one i saw on ebay was 50 fookin sheets,i nearly thought if this is how its going its time to move it on but i think your gonna need to squirrell stuff away even if you don't need it if the stuff comes up at right money as theres so much greed with cozzie stuff.

open the tailgate and remove the trim panel which is held on with about ten plastic phillips screws.you will then see you wiper motor and to the right of that you will see the head of a bolt,13mill i think.remove that then pull the stem up a bit and the old gasket should slide out.
