Hi guys can anyone identify this noise,ive just had the car in for a new power steering pump which has solved the problem i had,but on leaving the garage i heard a loud whistling noise coming from the engine which lasts for about ten minutes of driving then goes away and then the car sounds prefect,does anyone know what this could be and could this be a fault of the garages.The car is ford focus 1.6 zetec.Thanks in advance.

loose powersteering belt maybe?

 

or low power steering fluid will make a noise

 

thanks for replying guys ive checked the fluid and its fine,so is it more likely to be loose belt on the pump.
