hello, i have a 2000 plate focus 1.8 and it has started to do something odd as in the regards of shaking at about 48mph till about 55mph i thought it was front wheels need balancing but they was redone and problem still there,

now i did get clutch done as it was really needed anyways and flywheel was checked and still the problem is there.

you feel the shaking but not at the steering wheel you can feel it at my feet and passenger can feel it slightly not as strong as it is on the drivers side

any help would great as its starting to be a pain

also funny idling when cold it would hang very high and when warm it would go down slowly to normal idle compared to another focus and it does go down alot slower comapred to working focus

The hanging on could be a lazy iscv, do you use BOSCH plugs in the zetec, if so bin them.
