Default Wossner Forged Psitons and PEC Forged Rods

Guys,

I have managed to secure a deal with the guys at PEC, meaning we can offer Wossner forged pistons and rod pakages for pretty much any 4 cyl engine for £695+VAT. They charge £765+VAT direct...

They include Wossner Pistons, PEC Forged Con Rods, ARP Bolts, rings and gudgeon pins.

I'm adding more as we go but heres the lsit so far:
http://www.mtechautomotive.co.uk/sto...-rod-packages/

ZVH turbos, Zetec Turbos, Cossies etc, we can do it all!

If you want anything PM me If I can get 5 sets (group buy) going I can knock another 5% off!

Cheers,
Matt

Are these a proven or totally new to the Market mate? Are the rod little ends bushed for fully floating pistons?

What rpm will they cope with?

Cheers

Marc,

Well the pistons being Wossner are the industry standard really, every tuner prefers them

The rods, are fully bushed to give a floating piston, and max RPm depends on the bolts and piston mass, but using the ARP2000 bolts (supplied) around 8,000+ RPM would be a reasonanlbe approximation.

Lots of people all over the world use them, so they can be said to pretty well tested.

Hope that helps,
Matt

Certainly can't complain about the quality of Wossner, if they good enough for German touring cars and the likes, friend of ours had some custom sets through J-tech Motorsport, I picked them up for him and Frost in Ipswich uses them for a lot of his builds.

Can't comment on PEC rods as never seen them or personally know anyone who's used them, but defo recommend Wossner, not many cars they don't do, full list is on their website AFAIK

We can do any wossner piston set for around 15% off list price.

For example, a Ford Zetec set, £465 all in

http://www.performanceenginecomponen...entID=618&MID=

Anything on there knock 15% off and order from us direct :P

Sorry guys,

After a call from PEC, we have been informed that we can only offer a 5% discount overall. I have ammended our online catalog to reflect this. Shipping is also free. So thats around a £70 saving over list prices, but thats the best we can do without annoying other retailers!!

Hi,

yes we can cater for the Mi16, they run at 11.8:1 if that is high enough?

Regards,
Matt

Hi,

I can only supply what PEC have to offer I am afraid. If they do it, we do it, only more affordably.

Very very interested in these! What piston sizes are available for the 2.0 zetecs? Is the price for later blacktop pistons and rods (package) the same as the earlier silvertops?

Cheers, James.
