i've posted in my resto thread but thought it deserved a mention here.
i had a little mishap with my car, rebuilt it all proper busted a ball financing getting it back on the road and on it's first night out the woodruff key sheared on the inlet pulley bending two valves
i have only met beefy briefly, he told me to pm him my address as he wanted to donate a set of spark plugs to the charity.
get a phone call today and he tells me to ring matt lewis as he has ordered a timing belt tensioner, spark plugs and oil filter for me.
just want to thank you, you are a genuine nice kind hearted man

what plugs you using anyway ron, sure i got a set of 071c in the garage as a 2nd spare set if any use...

ok stop it you lot , its giving me a hard on ,
im not mother tereasa or anything ,m btu having seen ron got the car all sorted just before the mishap , i couldnt have him miss a well deserved trackday due to lack of funds,
so if a quick fonecall from em helps him get it sorted then thats what happens ,
as with the majority of folk i go above and beyond to try and help like minded folk ,
all comes bk in the end they say ,
same as ive just envoloped a set of dizzy clips for barry r ,
as much as he pestered me to buy them they wont cost more than 3 quid to post lol , so i dont care .. ( and im not rich either lol )
just keeps another cossie at its best
