Default Fiesta rst getting warm!

Hi ive got a fiesta rs turbo and when its sat stood running for 2mins or so the temp guage more or less goes to the top! The car runs fine when started straight up and drove the temp stays normal also the heaters dont come reall warm do you think this is the headgasket or water pump maybe?

Wheredo you recomend buying and headgaskey/water pump from and if its the head gasket should i fit a steel one?

Thanks lpeet
