what is the most power (bhp & psi) the CVH 1.6 turbo pistons and con rods can handle? its going to be a track car so its going to be driven hard.

Pistons are fine to 300bhp IMO, but I wouldn't run the rods past about 230-240bhp.

Mine ran 245bhp@1.5 bar boost on standard pistons/rods with arp rod bolts for 2 years, did plenty of track days in that time with no dramas. However if you're wanting to run over 200bhp and can afford it i'd recommend going for steel rods, for peace of mind if nothing else. As said above you really want to be on efi of some sort with a good map
