I am 90% sure i am going to get a 1992RS2000 2WD, I am Just wondering what can be done to the engin and how much power would i see?????

 

there pretty good out the box, pretty common to se de cat, modded exhaust manifold, panel fillter and a chip achive arround 170, not had mine on the rollers yet tho personnaly

 

i will hopefully get in on monday, cant wait....... it has a full system on i think and a power chip and rolling road of 159BHP, dunno what had been dont to it when he got this figure though

so would you say the maximum kind of power without spending redicolous amounts of money is 170bhp

 

yea i'd say thats about right without starting to spend more and more, they do drive really well in my opinion

 

sorry to hi-jack but after that what's the next sort of step tuning wise for them, cams i'd assume? what kind of power are they capable of pushing out fairly reliably?
