You need a rivnut gun to squeeze a threaded insert into the hole in the B pillar. Had to do exactly the same on my S2

Rivnut gun is a special tool that fits a threaded insert into a hole the same way as a rivet works but once fitted you are left with a thread that you screw the bolt in to.

I broke the mandrel on my rivnut setter with one still to set. Googled and found a Landrover website with instructions on how to set them without the tool - it was a bit of a fiddle but it worked and was better than waiting for the replacement mandrel to arrive in the post.
