Alrighty, my car was running fine, idling fine etc etc.. But ever since i've been playing about with my turbo (that i've now removed) i've had a high idle, around 1400rpms
I've taken the turbo off and put it back to like it was N/A and it's still idling high. I've cleaned out the idle control valve twice so i don't think it's that unless it buggered, although it was working fine beforehand.
The only things i've been playing around with are vacuum hoses but i think they're all ok and the guage is reading 30 on idle, and 0 on full throttle. The breather pipe coming from the crank case up to the inlet manifold (i think) does have a hose in the rubber, could that be it? it was filled with mank oil and i scraped it out incase it was blocking it...

it's almost in it's original place and it's horizontal, but before i had it sitting vertically!
good man, i'll go and try that in a minute, if it works, i take it i need a new one.. always sommit
because i did have to move the positioning/orientation of the valve when i tried the turbo.. that could be the prob mate, thanks! i would never have thought of that.
