had a call from my guy today saying the t5 gearbox needs some parts

1st motion shaft / input shaft
1st motion shaft / inpput shaft bearing + cup
3rd & 4th synchro
baulk bearings (how many)?
front input shaft seal
tail seal

so i need to find these parts

burtons have
front seal £5.75
rear seal £7.13
front layshaft bearing £44.03 is this the input shaft?
baulk ring £23 each (how many do i need??
synchro insert set £11.50 (is this the same and the 3/4 synchro???

Surely your gearbox builder should be able to get the parts you need?

He said as I work for fords I maybe able to get the parts cheaper then him.
I will be asking in work tomorrow but every time I ask for a part the say it's to old and they don't get the parts lol

Phone bara,dome,glebe etc all do a complete rebuild kit for approx £175
