dont know if this has benn posted before but there is a petition for the goverment to change the rule on 25yr old cars to have free road tax
its worth a punt!!!!!
must be completed by the 24 october 2009 and it needs 10000 signitures
Lol @ thinking that if it gets 10k signatures that means it will happen.
No fucking chance!
Seriously havent you heard of the scrappage scheme? They want LESS old cars on the road, not to encourage more of them!
That's what i was thinking, they don't want people to keep old cars with high emissions on the road so there's no chance of giving them free road tax more likely to put it up!!
Eh? How did you get that i didnt sign it from that post.
''It only takes 2 minutes'' Must mean i did Num Nuts
But yes, i did sign it, because it would be rude not to. of course i own an 23year old car and would like free tax in 2 years time. 1 year 3rd of march

Also signed the other day. This as ran in 2007 and didn't work and had 14000 signatures ( http://www.practicalclassics.co.uk/n...sid=543&page=1 ) but if you don't try. I ado agree with the comments relating to the govt wanting to scrap older cars so why would they give free tax. They will use it as another excuse not to give free tax.
