Spare Wheel Jack

I have tried looking everywhere and can't really find anything. How is the jack held in to the boot of and Escort RS Turbo? Any advice or pictures would be great!

is it not held in via the stud that keeps the wheel held tight by sitting under the wheel in the middle and the studding going through it?
