anyway we ended up changing the fronts to spax rs turbo adustables and 30mm springs looks better and most important rides more firmerthen added the rst wheels,at this point someone decided to break in damaging not only the lock but also the door too, taking my sony mp3 playerso then took off road to get a few bits sorted,de-locked the broken door did a few repairs to the body and quick paint job,id love to mk3 front end it with rs1600i bits and turbo it but think il keep this diesel chugger and detail the engine as i already do have a full blown project mk4 track car which is taking time

im considering 2 options which i may need help with
1, change to mk3 front end and do the rs1600i+ interior thing or
2, keep the jelly mould mk4 shape with modded arches and ubber wide wheels
think im defo keeping the cave man diesel lump tho what do you lot think

i nearly bought a focus tdci lump from the breakers, but unsure what problems i would come accross,so i am looking at the freshly built cvh turbo in the garage i would only need a tank and management to get it running, mmmm if i do that i will be on the look out for a bonus front bumper, raised rear suspension, coilies for the front, and some 15" steelies oh and dont forget the brakes i supose, but first i must crack on with the track car

Well if it was my van.I would leave the body work as it is maybe put a standard escort turbo 90 spec bumper on it and thats it.I would put a zetec in it or a cvh turbo engine.I hate smokey old diesel engines. I would have to put escos wheels on cause they look mint on Mk4 escorts/vans.

if all go's to plan this cvh will be dropped in fresh 7-8-1comp fully lightened and balanced, with mongoose zorst 4" tailpipe t3,front mount cooler and efi management of some sort, will try keep that at a budget, will also need to fabricate the tank, think a reliable but punchy 185hp will do in the lightweight van, then give it the stock looks great for shocking a few japs
