Brilliant gadget that... however, might not be so good if you were to get stopped and the car impounded, would give them all the evidence they'd need.. unless its something which you can activate and de-activate so it records/logs zero information??

I was on a Managing Safely course recently with our QHSE boss and we spoke a bit about the data logging of company vans. We only have the ability to log time and speed! So they have to guess where the van is in a set time as to whether it's speeding
I asked about the tracking version to be told that that's even more money. I guess the camera version is even more!

what a great little gadget i wonder if you can use to to record trackday laps etc and look back at what speed you are carrying through which bend etc

Racelogic Performance Box does this. Its plots the tracks out using GPS and has built in G-sensors etc. Very nice piece of kit.
