stuck this into the dvla database ,

its a y reg

would it go on or is there some deal with there the Y is placed ?

Thats a plate for a 2000 car, you can't put a newer plate on a car

 

Why not try ybt833f

 

with the car being on an old 82 reg it needs a suffix style plate

meaning it has to END with Y aparently

or , do i leave the floor numbers of the sierra in then i have to option to go up to a h plate lol

you still cant have that though mate as that would make it a new y plate. It has to have the 3 letters, the 2/3 numbers, then the Y.

you could have a p ie bee7p or a f ie... bee7f

you can't put one single letter followed by 1,2 or 3 digit numbers and 3 letters as it ,makes it a yreg or newer 2001 onwards and you can't do that.

anything 1982 ie aaa1y or older ie aaa1x or aaa1w etc etc.
