30-35mm drop i've used Spax and PI both very good, but steer clear of Gmax as the rear will sit much lower than the front and scrub like fuck!!

I've also used both of these without any problems and lasted well. Not expensive neither. Although I have only used both of these with 15" wheels.

I have used both pi and jamex and both have been fine and as karlos says no more than 30-35mm, jamex were the cheaper of the two though.

Hi morph, I only changed the fronts to spax's and lefted the rears as they are because it sat perfect and didn't rubb, but I wish it sat a tiny bit lower at the front with the spax's for it to look spot on, I do have to say the ride at the front is nice and kind of soft and driveable than the PI's I think only because it sat a bit higher hope this info helps.

Halfords sell cobra springs, can get my mate lee to get you some discount on a set andy.

i've always liked spax stuff, and eibach pro kits are fantastic. not sure if they do them for RST's tbh

I bought 30mm Eibachs along with Koni shocks about 5 years ago and it hardly lowered my car with the 17's so I wasn't happy and had them changed to 35mm PI's which lowered my car far too much especially at the front to a point it was undriveable so had it raised.

I have H&R -25/-25mm + Koni sport kit and i am really pleased for H&R quality.
H&R is german brand and many sports car use H&R springs as standard. H&R is same level of comfort and quality as discontinued eibach.

You can order those from http://www.fahrwerkebilliger.de/
If i remember correctly springs cost something like 100£
