hi all,im well under way on converting my 2000 transit to a 2.9 BOB cosworth auto, ive hit a slight hitch in that the sump will foul the front cross member, has anyone carried out this conv, if so, did you re fabricate the sump? at first glance it appears by turning the sump 180 deg it would all fit snug, would need welding of course, not sure about strainer yet, havnt checked,i could cut the bulk head but would loose the orginal heater matrix. can any one help!!!!
