It seems every time I go out with the lads, I never come home with much change from £100/£150 , is it me or does it cost a fortune going out now? Must have blasted £600 last month, but did have some epic nights out ...

Depends where you go, Ive done £4-500 in a night, you dont think about it at the time, next day its ouch!

 

Ye take out how much cash you want to spend then leave your card at home, once you get pissed it's so easy to start putting £60 rounds on your card seems like such a good idea at the time

Id love to know how people are spending £150+ on a night out in town! Thats about 50 pints! Or 40 pints plus club entry and food. Or of course it could just mean that your mates are having VERY cheap nights out at your expense.

About £50 a time for me, sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more.

 

Easily done at £4 a pint and £20 to get in places... Taxi in and home... And the food on the way home!

 

Even at £20 for the taxi's and a tenner for the food with the £20 entries, that still works out at about 25 pints.

 

£150 on a night out is easy,it all depends on how mad you go and how much shots you consume and then theres everything else to take into account _____________lol

The only time ive ever needed to spend hundreds on a night out was when on my first boat it was the in "thing" to go to a "classy" strip club once a week and by the time youve been splashing out on £50 bottles of crap champagne, loads of dances, "private" dances etc taxi back to base etc and you can then spend £400 in a night.

Although it is quite amusing when you go often enough that you just get waved in by the bouncers past the minions in the que and your on first name terms with all the girls who come over for a chat straight away

but on a sensible night out i cant see how you go over £100 unless your a mug and buy everyone drinks!! Or your mad enough to live miles from town and spend £20 plus on a taxi each way

Mental prices!

I was in George st (Edinburgh) which is dear at the best of times, found a bar selling at 50p for a shot and 2.50 for a double vodka, spent 50 quid.

I was fooking delighted!

 

Well i dont drink so i can go out down the pub have a couple of redbulls and still have a good time. Price: £3 + 4mile drive to the pub

 

I'd take £40 on a night out and i'd want change but drinks only cost £2 here

 

Easy enough to do £50 on a steady night out i find, never mind a proper night out with the boys.

 

Manys a night out in Belfast has seen me go out with £20 in my pocket and come home with £50-60. Good knowing the bar staff.

In my old age I dont get out all that much these days but if I do £100 to £150 would be a proper good night out!

I have done close to £700 on one evening in Prague on one of my best mates stag dos. But we wont go into the finer details of that one! All I will say is that if its true your life flashes in front of your eyes before you die I am 100% sure there will be images of that night amoungst them!

£60 is what will do me for good nite now,use to take my card when i was younger and would run out of cash then use card,big mistake.Start in pubs,clubs,strip bars then casino till morning then id check my balence next day and swear id never do it again,week later same old.Have grown up now drink less and enjoy my nights more.

You need to come to Dubai for a night out then you'll all have something to winge about!!! The cheapest pint i've ever had in Dubai was £6 I think, and i've paid upto £25 for a bottle of becks lol

i'll usually spend between £110 and £240 a night out depending who i'm with and where i am. Most expensive round i've ever bought in a pub was £56. I'd say i average about 140.
