Mate, 7.5 inch alloys on rs turbos rub, so I would completely advise against putting on 8 inch ones. Would be scraping and bumping like a bitch. It is usually the insides of the arches are the ones that rub.

Since when? My diamond cuts are 7.5J with a 205 tyre. It's lowered 40mm on koni's with no arch mods and it doesn't rub at all!

They may be ok if you run a 205 tyre or 215 and trim the arches back a bit

i had 8" on and they didnt rub.the only thing they caught was the coilovers by about 1mm.its all about the offset mate.they can fit and you dont need loads of arch work as my s1 had none and they were on no problem.
