hi there everyone! iv'e got a 2003 mk 6 fiesta 3 door, and i'm looking at fitting some new seats in it. i'm looking for comfort, not bucket seats, and the ford "titanium x" seats from the most recent mondeo look amazing (black leather with red stitching don't you know!!!). i'm struggling to find anywhere on the net who will tell me how wide the seat rails are, and if i'll be able to slot them in easily, or if its going to be a proper bodge..... i'v e had the car a while, and the other day i got fed up of the stuid triple size CD player, so i bought the facia, wiring harness and a lovely new JVC stereo (plus head unit) with a USB in. i'm now looking at basing the whole interior of the car on a black with red touches design, including the interior light, backlighting the dashboard, obviously the seats, as mentioned, and i'm doing my best to find a way to backlight my air vents. the way im thinking of doing it is to remove the whole front facia, take off those horrible little chrome bits, replacing them with translucent plastic and putting in red LEDs. i also plan on fitting an interior light dimmer switch. if anyone has done any of this, could they please send me a reply, message or email with some advice!!!!!
