Standard actuator, where from?

Hey guys, the actuator on my standard S2 has gone soft, anyone know where i can get a new/decent 2nd hand one from? See loads of -31's but my car isn't chipped so no good for me!

you can still use a -31, will be fine, just give it a bit less preload.
a new one can be sourced through MSD, you'll get a good one then.
