finis number 1120834, these are the 071C plugs which are suitable for high bhp cossies as well !
BCR8ES is a good plug as well, if your running high boost I would steer clear of these though............or change them regularly.

Went to rolling road and they threw the Champion plugs out and replaced with the NGK's. Got better results with the NGK's.

dont you just know it !
At the end of the day speak to your tuner and see what he reccomends. If not, it dont really matter that much as you say its only standard, go into your local motor factors and see what they stock, will probably be the NGK's which in my opinion is the best plug for a standard rst.......or the ford ones, its up to you.

you got the 071's didnt you
The 701's are no longer available from ford, although they are the same spec plug they are supposed to be better than the 071 for some reason, I think I read somewhere that they were the WRC plugs, dont hold me to that though
Regarding the gap, depends what spec engine you have ! I believe the standard gap is 0.8mm but I was advised by stu at msd to gap my plugs to 0.7mm because of my stage 3 head & turbo, something to do with the increased airflow
Try pm'ing him, see what he suggests
