Default Mondeo ST24 ***SOLD*** please remove

For sale…

My ST24, it's a second car and it's just not getting used any more.

Details :

Ford Mondeo ST24 Hatchback.
Amparo Blue.
September 2000 on an ‘X’ plate so falls outside of new tax banding.
5 previous owners.
HPI clear.
78500 miles.
FSH up to 73k backed up with main dealer stamps and a pile of receipts.
MOT November 09.
TAX until October 09.
Discs, pads and lower control arms were all replaced just prior to me buying the car.
Half leather seats, optional electric sunroof and footwell lights, traction control, air conditioning (nice and cold) heated screen, 6 disc CD changer and OE stereo. All electrics are working as they should.

Since I’ve owned the car I’ve had the following work carried out..

• Oil and filters, including air and pollen, changed in May 09
• -40mm Koni springs fitted with brand new standard shocks
• A full geometry check, re-set and wheel balance after the shocks and springs were fitted
• Black eye headlights
• Leather gear knob to replace the awful silver plastic one
• Both rear wheel bearings replaced
• Replacement battery in the remote key fob

The car is in very good condition inside and out for it’s age however, as with any nine year old car, it has a few small marks on the bodywork but nothing serious at all with the worst being a small 5p sized bit of paint missing on the front bumper where the corner of the number plate has rubbed. Both rear arches are solid.
One of the alloys has a scratch on one spoke but the rest of the wheels are generally in good order with maybe just a small mark. The interior is excellent with only a small mark on the passanger seat bolster. The drivers seat bolster is not perfect but it was the best I saw on any ST24 that I looked at.

Oh and one of the straps on the parcel shelf broke last week...

Overall I think this is a really good example of the mark with a good history to back up the fact it's been well looked after throughout it's life.

Price is £1900 ono

A few piccies..
