Default Fiesta TDci air in fuel

Could someone advise on cause for air getting into the fuel system which is causing the car not to start, I have to use the fuel primer most days.
Is this a known issue????

if its the same engine as the what peugeot have in their 206s , had a common problem that the airbox was rubbing on the fuel pipes and causing them to leak check this first fella

Check the diesel primer seals. Mine went on my fiesta van,
symptons were random misfires on roundabouts, and slight hesitation cut-outs,
and difficulty to start after being left to cool for ages.
also check your diesel filter for water.
