hi all just wonderin who the best supplier of morettes for a saffy is in the uk?
i just bought some about an hour ago, in the dark for a crispy red note.
got em home and felt a bit gutted tbh.
all mounts are broken
all bulbs look like theyve been home made with fibre glass (the 3 mounting studs are fibreglassed onto the bulb)

the worst thing is tho they just dont look right.

any information or advice would be appreciated
thanks

Morrettes come in two pieces, a back section which the bulbs are mounted to and the front twin lamp section which is screwed to the back section. The front part is what you have there, but obviously someone has lost the back parts and has attempted to adapt the fronts by fibreglassing the lamp recess and drilling three holes so that the lenses can be mounted in them. That, combined with the fact that all the mounts are broken renders them pretty useless to be honest, they'll never look right regardless of what you do to them. If i was you i would put them on ebay and try to recoup your money, then buy a new set, morrettes are pretty flimsy and crack easily so i wouldn't bother buying second hand sets unless you've seen them and checked them first.
