Escort Turbo Van, RS1600i lookalike *SOLD*
Due to timewasters and dreamers my van is still for sale.....
I have for sale this stunning Escort mk4 van which has been treated to a mk3 front end to look like a RS1600i. All work carried out has been done before I had it, to a high standard. Bodywork is exceptional for it's age, very bright and straight! The colour is rosso red but was originally white according to the V5. It's a pleasure to drive and pulls very well, running approximately 15psi of boost. There are 5 former keepers and the MOT is until 26th July 2010 but will put a fresh ticket on. No tax currently although I will include 6 months for the asking price. Here is the full spec:

Escort mk3 bonnet, wings, front panel, crossmember, scuttle panel
RS1600i front splitter
Passenger door and rear doors delocked
New headlights
New amber indicators
Interior
Flocked plastic dashboard but unfortunately has lifted in a few places (see pics)
RS1600i front seats, which are worn but are very solid (seat covers included)
Saph coss steering wheel
Boost gauge in pillar pod
S2 carpet
Electric windows
Running gear
S2 engine covered 1000 miles since rebuid
Kent KCVH34 cam
S2 turbo covered 1000 miles
S1 loom which is all working

Having seen the van in the flesh i can confirm its a good un. Folks do a doubletake with the Mk3 front end and the H reg!!!
Put together properly as well, unlike a lot of others.

I just want to say i'm lovin the look of this van, i can just about justify buying a van right now but need to sell my rs turbo to free up some cash first (currently in to for sale section) and doubt you would px with cash my way.
