After spending 2 years restoring the underneath and spending a lot of time and money im now considering selling my much loved cosworth. Its by no means mint but it is a very clean example, its done 130k, hpi clear 1989 on a G.
Here's a list of things i have done whilst its been of the road:
*full underbody resto (see link)
*new clutch, skimmed flywheel
*new brake lines
*aeroquip fuel lines, 044 with re-wire
*brand new rear 4x4 calipers
*brand new discs and pads all round
*new fuel tank
*rear bushes
*driveshafts reconditioned
*group A headset
*headskim (thickness ok)
*brand new cam pulleys
*all manifold studs replaced
*new tappets
*new cam bearings
*turbo elbow machined and painted
*rocker cover freshly painted
*alternator overhaul
*new plugs and all fluids
spec
*205 block
*t34 .63
*803 greens
*3 bar
*bailey breather
*reyland fuel rail
*group A k&n
*s/s exhaust
*koni's all round
*chassis dynamic springs
*fully polybushed
Ive prob missed quite a bit but just want to see how much interest i have, there are a few things that need doing
*n/s/r abs sensor playing up
*slightly excessive play in rear diff
*needs a new alarm fitting
*few window seals bubbling!
I think thats about it, its going to be at national day on the devon group stand so feel free to come over and have a look

Sorry chaps and chapesses, this car was soooooo underpriced for the condition I just had to snap it up
I've been to look at a handful of cossie all around £7k and they all turned out to be dogs so I feel really lucky knowing nath.
lol ,glad it went too a good home pal
my mate seen the advert yesturday and was chomping at the bit for it
he 100% would of gone down and bought it ..looks awsome for the money
Lol, don't get me wrong it needs a few bits tidying up but it's 100 times better than all the others I've looked at, mabye this one will inspire me to actually finish mine haha.
