here we have for sale is my series 1 rs turbo which due to a new job working long hours away i no longer have the time to finish here as much as i would like to, iv had the car for almost a year now and when i bought her the bottom end was knocking so it know has a rebuilt bottom end (which i bought off ebay) the head works all been done properly and checked throughout all new gaskets throughout and new headbolts, the car starts first time and runs sweet its just that when it gets hot it doesent want to start again i have been told this is the wiring that goes to the starter as the starter sounds week once hot. as far as i know the car is standard apart from exhaust and filter.

the body condition of the car is very good for the age just a few minor touch ups here and there as u would expect but u cant really tell unless u get real close up, the worse bit is the rear valance which is rusting on both edges which is common if they havent already been changed but the car comes with new rear valance and with both side sections and also a brand new rear bumper, new mud guards,and front spotlights. the car has had new floor put in on the drivers side which means no floor numbers but i have the v5 in my name and vin plate on the car, the clocks showing 30k but i assume this isent write as i havent got much history apart from a few receipts and bills,

the interior again is in good condition for the age with not much sagging on the drivers seat but could do with a valet, the dash is good with a tiny little crack on the top, some idiot tried to steal the car and broke part of the dash off next to the steering wheel on the right, he dident get very far as the car is fitted with a £1200 clifford 950 alarm with remote engine start, window roll up module, 2 fobs and i have a receipt for this it was fitted in 2006, there is no lock damage and one key opens all 3 locks.

the underneath of the car is pretty solid iv had it on the ramp and had a look and it needs a front crossmember as its gone through at the bottom and theres a little patch on the passenger side floor other than that its ready for mot.

the good bits:

starts and drives

rebuilt engine

stainless exhaust

15"diamond cut alloys

£1200 clifford alarm

solid straight body

good condition interior

Now the bad bits:

no mot or tax

dont restart when hot

needs front cross member

dash board edge broken

rear valance started to rust.

with the work carried out and the car finished id want £3.5k minimum for it.

theres probably alot iv missed

the car is at a freinds garage at the moment so feel free to come view it anytime. another reason why i want to sell it is cuz i havent a garage to park it in and i cant look at it sitting out in the rain, my mate wants the space at his garage so the car is now sat outside.
