Can't believe some of the service you get at some places.

I bought some fencing from a small local place, spent 780 quid. They delivered it for me for free as is the norm on orders over 50 quid.

A week later i popped in, they had given me one gravel board short, but needed 3 trellis panels (120 quid), so mentioned the board (10 quid).

I said that I deffo hadn't recieved it but admited I did not count the stuff off and asked if the driver remembers it being left over when he got back.

I get told no, and as a week has passed it's tough But, carry on and order the other panels and tell them to stick another board on as well as I need it.

Need day they deliver the stuff, first up the panels are not what was pictures, but close so think ok, and the gravel board is the wrong size

Popped back today as I need one more trellis panel to match the three from the other day. I mentioned that the ones that got delivered were different to what i had asked for and can they make sure the sames one comes out to match.

She gives me a right filthly look and says "so what you want a different one" so I explain again. No, I want the same as delivered but they are NOT what i actually ordered so need to make sure they see what was sent out to match it.

I then say could they wave the delivery - NOPE!

So I say can you deliver tomorrow afternoon (I live about 3 miles away) NOPE, you get it when it turns up!

So i explain that every other time it has been for a delivery after 2pm, and as I am only off in the afternoon, could this be the same.

NOPE, you will get it when it goes out.

Have to say, the woman i delt with was an ass and got the impression it was the bosses wife, the place aint cheap but as I had ordered the previous stuff and needed to match up, was pretty stuck.

Such crap customer service, imo they could have offered a 50/50 on the gravel board and waved the final delivery given the amount spent within the last week, that would have cost them around 17 quid on a grands worth of business and kept a customer.

Felt like taking the lot back and getting a refund lol!!

i hate shit like that,mines isnt as good an example but had a wedding saturday at 2 oclock and there check in time was 2.asked if we could get in an hour earlier to get ready for wedding.women was a right cow so told her to stick her room up her arse,then she couldnt be nicer asking if there was anything she could do to make us not cancel.and i was so stubborn that i said no so the girlfriend had to drie while i got drunk
