That's just up the road from my home and the vehicle could only have been parked if it was broken down as it's a clearway.

I drive down there most days, must clearly be a bit of a twat, it is only a 40 along there too!

How the hell can they not know what the copper was doing, going about his copper duties, if on emergency it would be logged, usual cop out, will not get done, another Mark Hamilton!!
What they are saying is we don't know what any of our officers are doing and get paid for by the public.
