Default saph's rusty boot floor...

going to look at a saph cosworth this week, its a mate of a mates, and he wants rid of it cheap. its got mot and apparently drives well but ive been told that the boot floor is rotten. because the sunfloor drain holes are leaking into it

my question is can i buy a boot floor as a panel, or will it need a resto ( i assume i could just weld it up and it be untidy)...annd is it a big job to stop the leak

thanks in advance
