painters/polishers amongst us.......
Have any of u guys ever used a metal run block?! if so would u know where i can get one?!
Borrowed one off a mate at work but cant find it and look like i might have to replace it but he got it off someone else ages ago so prob wont know where to get one either..

cheers mate had a look it was the cheaper type which his wasnt 
work think they can get them for £30 which for a 1" square annd 5mm thich bit of metal is fookin expensive
