as above i got alpine headunit, the radio did have stations programmed into it but took of the road for the winter, now it wont find fuck all, i changed th aerial cable from amplifier to headunit, and changed the amplifier it self. still no joy.
The rear window demister dont seem to work great at all, but it use to work well.
Think the rear window could be at fault? fuse maybe?
Thanks

There is a wire between the boot and body in a rubber boot, aerial and demister. These wires can go intermittent before it breaks. I would check there, this is where mine is failing.

I now have aftermarket internal glass mount shit antenna and it is piece of shit.
I prefer that original which is integrated in rear glass, i believe it works great when i figure out whats wrong with it.

There is special connector in antenna amplifier, so i cannot use standard aerial coaxial.
And i do not now how difficult it would be change because it runs under roof trim.
I will next week find out is there some good and small connectors which i can use.
Microcat shows that there is still original coaxial available costin about 30£ so thats one option.
