With an attitude like yours I wonder why you feel anyone would give a fuck about your opinion, even if you had reported it, which as it happens YOU HAVENT as far as I can see.

If you have a gripe, try airing it clearly and concisely in an adult manner, only then will people respect your opinion.

sorry stu but i DID post, the way he scammed me was
he had a ported head for a frst for sale for Ł40 so i said Ł70 posted he replyed yes that be ok so paid two-three days later,waited for about 6 days nothing so i pmed him no reply then i got his number in another post as soon as i rang he answer once i said i bought a head of you he ended the call, his numbers are the same as he is using on here and iv got his papal address aswel, in the end i had to fix my own head, I WILL NOT LET THIS GO TILL HE IS BANNED OF EVERY SITE I KNOW HE IS ON.

 

How exactly do you propose we do that if we have not been told its happening?

 

What did you post and where? What members of the webteam did you contact? What topic did you press RTM on?

you need to go about reporting him in the correct manner

 

If he has been scamming people then he will be banned, but bear in mind that this may be the only means of communication the buyer has with him, therefore banning him actually makes the situation for teh buyer worse. We need to see clearly and concisely what has been done, by whom, and what the circumstances are. The sellers account will be put under investigation whioch clearly shows in his username and they can then thrash it out on a topic all of their own.

But FIRST, someone needs to state the facts clearly so we know what we are dealng with. Just an aggrieved member shouting and swearing at us will achieve nothing.

On this forums alot of people are getting scamed, and also not getting moneys back, someone had 300+ taken from them and no item set, set of wheels i think, and the only way is to name and shame that person, then soon as you make your topic, will a full discription, a screen print ready to send to a admin, and also some details to what has happend, regards moneys and not getting items, but if you dont, then they cant help, at all.

Me as a website owner over many years most people act up like you have, shouting and screaming, but the best way is to be carlm, and sort it in the correct mannnor.

Like i say, if you name and shame, then everyone will notice, i feel that if you restrick someone from advertiseing throw the gold members then once the post limit is sorted, they can still scam,

think as the admin as a police officer, you would act in the same way, and then you would give them a full report, i dont think you understand the hole running a forums, its just not easy, and sometimes its not fair on all partys, but you have kinda gone in the right way and made a post, but what you posted could of been put in a different way, and then it could have been sorted.

he offerd to help even tho you went and started to be aggressive, he also asked for information regards to your compaint, but you aint followed that up ''unless PM'ed.

Best if you contact the admin personally, I would also advise not to worry about the fact someone ''called you a name'' its part of life mate, If the person just called you a wanker, because he thought you was, or was being, then I would leave it at the fact of, ''i don’t really care what you think'' if you find yourself being targeted by this member and he becomes aggressive and abusive as well as threatening then something could be done about this member, such as a warning or a ban, as petty as it may sound, its the way of life when someone has an opinion and i would just let it slide, if you feel that it was still unfair then contact the admin, but there is more to do than just tell that member off for calling you a wanker,<O</O
