My s1 dash is in very bad condition and was wondering if it is possible to replace it with a s2 dash with ease? the heater control is different but what other main problems will there be??

you might be able to find a series 1 dash on ebay or in the back of classic ford,
fast ford mags, etc

 

It's the same as a XR3i dash.

 

series 2 dash would be terrible really

even if you had to settle for a good ghia dash (2 tone) would be better than a s2 dash

umm...u may be right...its just that i saw the series 2 dash which is black and thought hey that will go really nice with my black recaro leathers (not in yet)...also i thought hey mabye put the full series 2 interior in with the door cards and panels...but i think it may be better just to leave the 'grey' look

oh and nthorpey is that yellow?? bet that looks quite different....engine bay looks kewl tho....

ok then if i were to leave the series 1 dash and fix it/clean it or get a new one...what would you do about the seats?? mines are torn and the door cards are a bit ruff...

i still havent given my car a good clean im just waiting for the starting problem to get sorted and then im pulling of all the covers and door cards and putting them in the wash...see what they come out like then

yep its yellow just absulute crap camera

 

get a leather retrim, thats what ive done

 

yeh i think mabye white leather with some blue (but im really dreaming...the costs are too high to retrim a full interior - u can pick up recaro leathers very cheap nowadays)...

 

think i saw a series 1 wiv a series 2 dash in once, it was in a previous fast ford the car was a radiant red s1 with a dual exit.....the car looked fuckin mental
